mandy here! yes definitely. so much to learn about mental health and the therapy we do and everyone is different. we have found more people are now being referred who have ASD (Aspergers) and so have additional challenges and we need to accommodate this in the therapy. in last few years I have learned about mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy and compassion based therapy. there is always more to learn apart from our initial training. and you can read articles books/ training if want more
