  Hi, sports physio is different to what I do, but it is worth finding out if there are any in your area and contacting them directly to find out more. I know a friend of a friend who does it and loves it. A rewarding job is really anything you find fulfilling and are passionate about.

  Hello there are no sports therapist in our team but we do have a gym onsite at our hospital and there may be sports therapist who work with the patients if they use this. As everyone is at risk of injury and i have received psychotherapy over the years from NHS and private health care. The staff who treated me do seem to really like their jobs and i have asked them if they found it rewarding and many have said yes.
  I think with any jobs where you are providing a service to people there will be a lot of days which are really rewarding and other days when not so when you have to see patients who may be very difficult and not very kind.
  However the sports therapy can lead you into many areas of work, schools, NHS, gyms, personal trainer and if you are offered continued training and opportunities to develop skills and knowledge in that field then you will find it rewarding.

  I have had some contact in past -always seems very helpful as we know the link between good physical health and mental healt – hep people with depression etc to look after them selves, including when an inpatient when exercise is limited the gym run by physio very popular.
  and in the community physio can help somemone with mental health issues get confidence going to gym give them a programme
