Question: neel, if you have family, how do you make time for them?

Yes I have a family – a wife and little daughter and both sets of parents living nearby. I think family should be prioritised what ever job you do. I learnt this the hard way, when I was so into my job I didn’t notice my father’s hair had turned white and he was looking frail. I made sure I spent more time with them, and actually find that more fulfilling than anything else in life. I also make sure I meet the wider family every few months as set a date early on in the year. Make sure family comes first and the happiness that creates filters through the rest of your life.
