Question: How would you recommend people make themselves stand out when applying for F1 posts?

Hi, I’m not a Dr, but I do interview potential salaried GPs to work at our practice, I would say those that stand out are people who listen to whats being asked of them and actually answer the question, but can also then give examples of where they may of done want is being asked, but don’t waffle on as this puts interviewers off.
