Question: do you enjoy helping others and if yes,why?

In order to understand why don’t you do something today to help somebody? Doesn’t have to be a big thing. Helping someone carry their bags is a good example. Or say something kind to someone who seems to be having a bad day. Sit next to someone at school who is on their own. Then think about how it made you feel afterwards. We often get more pleasure out of making others happy than we do if we try to make ourselves happy.
