• Question: hi tarik. i wondered what the best toothpate is. and what do you reccomend to use to keep them clean

      I usually say the best toothpaste is one that has the minimum recommended amouth of flouride which is for adults 1450PPM which you find written on the back
      apart from that taste & cost

      Ignore anything written for marketing E.g whitening Etc
      the only thing you need from tooth paste is flouride

      also never rinse after just spit out
