  As a GP Practice we are the first port of call for patients seeking medical help or advice, within the NHS we are called Primary Care. In your appointment the clinician may refer you to a specialist at a hospital, this is called Secondary Care. Alongside these appointments we also offer monitoring of long term conditions, maternity appointments and physiotherapy appointments. Good question!
