      As a GP Practice we have various different job roles both clinical and non-clinical. One of the hardest parts about all roles would be meeting the healthcare demands of an ever growing population. However as a Practice we have an efficient staff team and structures in place to ensure these demands are met. Good question!

      As self employed the hardest is getting a work / life balance

      Also working as a dentist in primary care could be an isolated role so important to keep in touch with peers and work within a good team that offeres support
