      I love my job. The only thing I would change is that I feel that I am spread too thinly to best serve the patients in my surgeries. To solve this I would either look to reduce the number of surgeries that I cover or build a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to deliver a better service.

      I cover roughly 50,000 patients. NHS England recommends that a full-time pharmacist covers 15,000 patients.
