I currently work as a physio rotating through different teams every 5/6 months. I have been doing this for just over a year now in which I have been in A and E, Surgery, Neuro outpatients and moving into General Medicine. Each rotation includes different aspects of your skill set and require different approaches to your physio application. By doing rotations, it’s a good way to get a good depth of knowledge into different areas of Physio and what we can offer.

My Typical Day:
I wake up, brush my teeth, gave a shower and grab some breakfast. I’ll get into work for 7:45, get changed and meet the team in the office. We will see patients from 8-12, have lunch, then return to see patients 12:30-4pm. My current work includes, stair assessments, mobility assessments, fitting orthotics, walking aids, rehab, tea making!
