      I fell asleep in a meeting in front of the nursing director. I was poorly and the room was very badly ventilated. It took me months not to wince when I saw her.

      I did send the wrong zoom links out to two groups of people in meetings that happened at the same time. It took a little while to get everyone in the correct meeting

      When I was a care assistant (I was 16 at the time) I once tried to take the breakfast order from a patient who had recently passed away. I actually got quite far down the list of breakfast items without realising it!
