Question: what do you believe is the most rewarding part of your job?

Recognising the patient who is really sick and getting tests done to investigate, before getting them referred to the right hospital team to get the right treatment. Seeing them “before” and then when they are well afterwards is pretty rewarding.
We’re pretty lucky that we get to follow our patients through their lives, as well as through their illnesses.
