      The team environment working in healthcare means that noone is more important than another; everybody has a really important role and it’s when we work together that it makes genuine and lasting difference for patients.
      Having said that nurses are awesome

      I agree with Jamie. Every member of the team has a crucial role. Like a machine, every part is essential to keep things working effectively.

      They are all important. I couldn’t function without the team. For me though, teaching the next generation is key. Changing the curriculum for medical students to improve their education and then the future of their careers and working life is an honour.
