Hi, I am Emma. I am 27 years old and living in Lincoln. When I am not working, I enjoy travelling, hiking and cooking. I have visited 25 countries, and plan to do at least 30 before I am 30!

My Work:
Hi, I am Emma. I am a Trainee Advanced Nurse Practitioner working in General Practice in a surgery in Grantham, Lincolnshire. I started my career going to university in Leicester when I was 18, and when I first qualified I worked in A&E in Nottingham. I since became a Practice Nurse in Lincoln, and now I am completing my masters in Advanced Clinical Practice.

My Typical Day:
I wake up and have breakfast, usually cereal, and then commute 40 minutes to work. I arrive at 8am and see my first patient at 0815. I do a mixture of face to face appointments and remote work through ask my GP, which patients can ask questions and we can talk in a chat room style consultation if they do not need to be seen face to face. I have a lunch break for 30 minutes, then back to work. I leave work at 1830 and commute home.
