My Work:
I am a prescribing Pharmacist working in a GP surgery, doing medication reviews and dealing with any other medication-related questions. I also teach students at De Montfort University.

My Typical Day:
I wake up at 7am and drive to work. I start my day at 8.30am and work in the surgery doing medication reviews and other tasks. I have lunch with my colleagues, then carry on making telephone calls to my patients until 4.30pm.

I wake up around 7am and start work at 8.30am. When at work, I speak to lots of patients over the phone and see some in person. I review and help them to manage their medication, sometimes making changes. I also look at ways the GP practice can improve. I am able to work from home and mostly do paperwork when I do.
