I wouldn’t really tell myself anything apart from reassure myself that I am doing my best, not to be stressed and to speak to someone if I feel it was getting too much or I’m worried about something.
Life is a funny path, I wouldn’t change what route I have gone down because I may not have experienced certain things or have my children.
      Look forward not backwards

I would tell myself to believe in the process and enjoy it . I feel as if I spent my younger days panicking about exams , never enjoying the process .

I tell my younger self that everything turns out ok in the end. I don’t think it spoil my future but I think it might take away some of the worry and anxiety.

I would tell myself, always follow your heart and your gut instinct. If you enjoy something and are passionate about it, you will do well. Your gut instinct will always give you a sense of if something is right for you. In shirt: I would say always trust your own judgment

I remember this therapeutic question from the chat Immy! It’s a question commonly asked in counselling sessions reconnecting with that Inner Child.
Hope you got some more good answers, and you might find more stuff on this from the book ‘Dear Me: A Letter to my Sixteen Year old self’.
