About Me:
Hi I’m Claire. I work as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Nurse background) in Derbyshire.
I live with my Husband and crazy cat. I have 2 daughters – one is an F1 Doctor and the other is A Logistics Officer in the RAF.
I enjoy attending the Gym, long walks in the countryside, reading, holidays to warm climates and attending the local pub quiz.

My Work:
I work for “Team Up” as part of the Ageing Well initiative. We provide an acute home visiting service for the over 65 housebound population registered with 9 GP surgeries within the Amber Valley Primary Care Network.

My Typical Day:
Up early – hit the Gym for 30 minutes cardio then shower and work. Triaging incoming visit requests, then allocating/visiting patients in their own homes. I work 8am to 6.30pm three days a week.
